  : BEWARE- the second room is a converted shed about 40 feet from the main house ( and if you want to use the bathroom, you guessed it you have to walk through the backyard in the cold to the main house). This was highly unexpected since it’s not mentioned anywhere...the room/shed also smelled like smoke and had cigarette butts by the door. The sheets were also stained with blood but they did send new ones in about 2+ hours. We paid $250 a night for one couple to have to glamp without any glamour! Pull out sofa was horrendous but they usually all are! If you are a single person or a couple staying in the same bed in the main house this place might be ok...however, i do not recommend if you like your friends and want a real two bedroom place. Also - previous occupants did not take out their trash so we had to schlept it ourselves or risk the $50 trash fee. Would have bailed but it was MLK weekend and there were no other places available :-(
