  : The place itself was very clean and comfortable. It looks like everything is new possible recently remodeled on the inside. Little wood deck and steps older. Location is on a dirt road with access from this and actually very close to HWY 38 ( not much traffic for me because the roads was closed). The parking area for the house is a tight squeeze between two trees. I was able to maneuver ok with a highlander. Not much of an outside area to enjoy ( looking at junk in the neighbors yard or the hey). But the house itself is really worth it. I would not book this through Bookings.com or Evolve ( I had to work with both organizations and one sounds like a computer generated response and the other very unprofessional). I was not here on vacation but instead here to take care of a mom on Hospice who didn’t want me staying at her house. So I booked 3 different places over three weeks and realized right away that I wouldn’t need to stay that long. I tried to decrease this stay by 50%, from 10 to 5 night). They were unable to work with me and the fees would be so much to change or give up the reservation that I needed up just not using the last 3 nights and paying for them. It was difficult to communicate with them and at one point they locked me out of their system so I couldn’t even get to my reservation info to get back into the house after the first time. TheLocal contacts were very helpful, but not available so I sat in my car for an hour trying to call them and Evolve. Evolve which might be running Booking.com was a nightmare to work with . I wish I would have booked this place through the local rental place ( Village Rentals) who were wonderful to work with the rental before. The Bookings app ( which I guess has taken over HomeAway) is going off my phone never to be used again! But I would definitely stay at this place again! If you have allergies especially because this place has no old musty rugs or even bugs. Very clean air and place!!
  : Not a place to hang out outside and don’t book through Bookings.com or Evolve! Use the Village Rental local place!
