  : Would be better if children had to be accompanied by adults at the buffet. Numerous children overfilled glasses of juice which then spilled making drinks area very slippery.

  : The cleanliness of room was great. Staff were helpful and friendly and matched our enthusiasm and energy. The restaurant was great with lovely food for dinner and breakfast. The decor is amazing and the children loved the entertainment in the evening. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the bar area as we were so tired from the long day we had at Alton Towers as we had driven up from Swansea at 5am.
  : The kettle in our room had some kind of limescale in it and we couldn’t use it. That was the only factor that disappointed us as we could not have tea or coffee on the room in the morning as we usually would. We didn’t call anyone as by the time it would have been sorted, we would have gotten ready for breakfast and left for the park.
