: The bar staff were great and the cocktails were lovely. Reception staff were lovely. Grounds on the whole were lovely.
: No Fridge in room. No air con in room. No windows, made the room very dark. The curtains did little to keep the early morning light out and as it was light at 4.30am, it was bright enough to wake me. Blackout blinds would go a long way. Attention to detail around the grounds - hose pipe nozzle discard on the grass, plants missing from plant pots, small bridge fording two banks was old and dilapidated and would be dangerous should anyone try to cross it. No lift to second floor - having to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs unassisted - no consideration given to health and age of guests with their luggage. Was hard to understand what the breakfast staff were saying and they struggled to understand what I was saying. Outside furniture would benefit from cushions and, given the heatwave we were in - people wanted to sit outside. Given the price of the hotel room, I would have expected more facilities - swimming pool, sauna.

: Good breakfast, lovely decor both in and outside ,especially liked the outdoor eating/drinking area, overall a pleasant stay .
: The only thing that I found that could of been nice would of been to have air conditioning in the room as the room was quite hot due to the weather being particularly hot whilst I was there, this would of helped to get a more comftable sleep.
