  : The location of the apartments is really good, next to the Bibione sand beach (ca 500m away). There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Enough place in the apartment for 5 people. Next to the apartments, there is a mini golf course.
  : Not enough parking places next to the apartments - had to park on a parking space 500m away. The apartment was not cleaned well before our visit (cleaning is done by the visitors). The equipment of the apartment was old and not well taken care of.

  : less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, main road with all the shops just around the corner, supermarket 10 mins walk from the house. Quiet building
  : House not easy to reach, Google map shows it in a slightly different location and no map was given by the agency.Agency kept repeating that it was important that we cleaned the house before leaving otherwise they would have charged 30 euros for cleaning, but both apartments were not clean, full of sand on the floor, in one bin there was a used baby nappy and the kitchen sink was dirty. shower glass door was broken and would fall apart in our hand if we tried to close it. One fridge was already on but was very low as the temperature handle was broken, only the inner metal handle was left so we couldn't regulate the temperature and the fridge wasn't chilling bottles of water, even after we left the i for 24 hours. On day one, whilst cooking dinner, the electricity went off, lights, oven, air con, everything, and we couldn't see anything. my friend , that had an apartment next door, was out with family so we had to stop cooking and go out for dinner at 9pm ( 2 adults and 4 kids including a 2 years old) so you can imagine the discomfort. Tried calling 3 different numbers for the agency, plus text on What's App, emails, No emergency numbers available anywhere. Called Booking. com, found a lovely lady that tried to help, but was not aware of any other number to contact the agency. Second day agency still didn't get back to our messages, luckily at the end of day 3 we found the door with the electricity box and it came back on. The agency finally replied to Booking.com messages and they lied about needing an Italian speaker agent from Booking.com to deal with the issue, but it was a lie as I have met 3 different agents and they all speak English very well ( with us too), Italian and hear them speaking fluent German with other clients, so understanding the email in English was definitely not the issue.
