  : The pool area is very nice. They have 4 pools to choose from. While you need to wear a head cap in 3 of the pools where we weren't aware of and could not use.
  : I am disappointed and expected better from this accommodation after the reviews of other customers.My experience in the accommodation did not go very well. We were given a room where the air-conditioning was only lighting up with no cool whatsoever. When we reported the issue we were told that's because the temp outside was 40 degrees. As if the purpose of the air-conditioning is not to cool the room. We were left for some time of uncertainty because if they weren't going to fix this issue we were willing to look for another accommodation. Anyway to cut the long story short, they gave us another smaller room than the one we booked and paid for. But at that time as long as the air-conditioning in the new room was working fine, we accepted it.One time when we were returning to our room, we saw the cleaner and she started speaking in a rude manner in Italian and when I asked her to speak in English, she became angry and went away.
