: The spa facilities are great!
: Curtains didnt block out light well enough, the walls are very thin and in general you can hear everything that is happening around your room. There was no shower gel, shampoo or soap in our bathroom and after asking for some on multiple occasions, no one actually stood up and fixed this for us. The receptionist only said sorry, instead of standing up, walking to someone from housekeeping, and asking them to get it, for example. Really, really lazy and very disappointing, thats not how you treat your guests. Language barrier may be a slight issue here, but me asking for these simple things shouldnt be an issue. Really, very disappointed. Breakfast was extremely chaotic. It is all on 2 tables, close to each other, barely any space for people to move, it all feels very rushed, not pleasant at all. Thankfully there was a nice view from the breakfast area, that was the best part of the whoke breakfast for me. Also, if you have a whole spa in your basement, which is a specific reason people visit and pay for, it would be classy to offer the bath robes as a complimentary part of the hotel/your stay.

: The rooms were good from equipments to bed
: High value of money compared to whats offered The timing of the spa is only from 5 pm until 10 pm which wasnt suitable most of the time, there was no receptionist on my first day of arrival which took quite sometime until we were able to check in through a different worker, the area surrounding the hotel is pretty empty of activities so luckily zakopane is close by car.

: Spacious room, lovely breakfast, pool, sauna and able to book massage. Beds were comfortable.
: No air conditioners and room we stayed in had hot chimney in the middle. It was very hot there at night even with windows open. Bathroom was large but very basic small shower. Also pool did not open until late so couldnt use it in the mornings which is odd for a hotel.
