  : I got ripped off. I made a reservation through booking.com for Saturday night and you charged me for the room the week day evening I called to make the reservation. I called the hotel but they could not help nor the company that handles the booking.

  : 3 nights of listening to an old air conditioner rattle. Addressed this with management twice. Nothing resolved. 3 sleepless nights. Extremely unhappy.

  : Location is easily accessible, in a very safe area
  : Felt like they want to squeeze in every penny from you (for example, if you used anything from the minibar, you would pay not only the product itself, but also a 25 usd restocking fee, which makes no sense whatsoever for a 4 star hotel).Also, we upgraded the room for a view, which we didn’t get, as we could only look towards the parking lot, so that was a disappointment).Also, 67 usd per night for parking is insane for a 4 star hotel.

  : Great location - just 5 minutes walk to Rodeo. Good size room, well conditioned and comfortable bed. Great breakfast at Ella - the restaurant staff downstairs were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
  : We arrived earlier than the check in time, and decided to have lunch on the rooftop bar/restaurant. The waiter took my credit card as a guarantee and did not return it until we finished eating our lunch. He did not show me where he kept my credit card and it was very awkward and uncomfortable. If there is no trust, they should first charge the food in front of you rather than taking your credit card away. How would I know that my card was not used for other purposes?? This is not normal practice nor acceptable.The bathroom fan was not working and the bath tub was not up to standard. The shower was too dusty as if workers had just left without cleaning and the tab was loose. The tub had some stain and it was coarse, i.e. not comfortable to sit.
