  : Mattress is really low quality and needs an upgrade. Got back ache after sleeping. Too many house rules, can't even bring take away in the room.

  : Tiny shower. Needed a bit of modernisation.Towels in need of replacing, very stiff and small. Wash mitts unnecessary. Tiny tv.

  : The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Only to happy to give out local advice and suggestions for days out and to relay current weather reports. Introduced me to other guests. The full English breakfast was superb and plentiful, with a wide range of choices for the healthy and hungry, including orange juice, toast, coffee etc Presentation was also excellent. Clean and tidy setting. Friendly atmosphere I slept well (a first in a while) because the beds were so comfortable. The room was very nicely stocked with welcoming chocolates and assorted bottled water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Small kettle provide me with plenty of cups of coffee!
  : The towels were a little rough, so maybe introduce softer ones. This didnt reflect on my stay as everything I needed was catered for.

  : Great location, welcoming and friendly hosts, nice to have tea/coffee, water and some chocolates, biscuits in our rooms. Let me put my motorcycle in the lockable garage. Very nice breakfast with a good selection. Thanks Ash
