  : Too much to write but I did contact customer service to explain in detail. Staff were rude and dismissive. Accommodations were not as described. Parking was treacherous and traumatic. Complete disaster I had to cut our trip short. Worst travel experience in a very very long time.

  : The customer service was amazing. We had a problem with our room the first night where a lot of things weren’t working properly and Mr. Ricky was amazing with getting us a new room the next morning. He was very kind, helpful and understanding about the situation. Location was perfect to a lot of restaurants and stores all in walking distance or short drives. The rooftop pool was also a good spot to spend time. A little small for the amount of guests and kids but the ambiance and views were great. The hotel itself was beautiful as well. It had nice decor, was clean and very comfortable.
  : Parking lot can be tricky. Depending on the size of your car depends on where you can park. Parking was also tight in some spots. Our first room had a tub in the bathroom which it was not supposed to be due to the room we booked, and it didn’t have hot water. It also felt as if it was bulked and moving as if it was going to fall through to the next floor. Refrigerator in the room also did not work and the tv had a few imagine glitches. Thankfully they were all resolved the next day with the new room. The hotel also did not have extra wash cloths.
