  : There was an unexpected fee added on after booking the room. Minor issues with the room, like stained couch cushions.

  : Absolutely nothing. I booked for a month and could not afford to leave. I was excited to leave.
  : It smelled, it was dirty, I could not sleep on the bed due to a bug problem. Did it mention how badly the place smelled. We bought air fresheners and nothing helped. It was outdated, dirty and moldy smelling. It was not the unit pictured. Be careful on this one. Its the switch and bait.

  : We booked our unit through booking which then defaulted to Vacasa we booked as per the pictures on booking unit 2003 we were switched to unit 2008. When we complained Booking blamed Vacasa blamed Booking. We were basically bait and switch for a lesser unit with less beds.beware! Paid $400 for the unit and $600 in extra fees including a $61 resort fee 12% tax, it was off season and all the pools were closed. The room was filthy with urine stains on a bed and dust in every corner. We have received no compensation or answers that they will clean for the next guest.
