: Location, food, views outside, pools (both indoor and outdoor) are very nice, ambience is wonderful; Service is very personal and outstanding (special thank you to Adrian in the restaurant who served us with such a lovely attitude!). We have been before, so we knew what to expect, and that was great to get expectations met.
: Nothing much.. Room we got was a bit dated style, yet all was functional; pool is closing at 7pm and sauna's are adults - only in separate area.

: The breakfast was typical fresh buffet a fine selection of cold meats / cheeses /yogurts, cereal, fresh fruit , fresh bread/ rolls , even fresh honey and hot food prepared on request tea and coffee served at the table, the waiter service was the best i have seen in over 25 years of travel and the evening meals were prepared to a very high standard, all together this made for a relaxed and pleasant stay . ps if you enjoy wine with your meal they offer an amazing selection of regional and international wines with expert advice on hand from the owner and his team .
: The room i booked with booking.com was as described , however Booking.com only offered 1 room option (a suite) which was located at the back of the hotel with good view / however for me i wanted a room at the front of the hotel with a balcony which i asked about and they offered me a fantastic room for 3 nights only as it was otherwise booked , so the front desk was very helpful in this matter , so for me i think a balcony is great during the summer months and fantastic views !

: Everything. Even though it was 10 years since we last stayed in the Singer, we were greeted by name as we entered this perfect family-run hotel. The service was similarly polite and faultless during our entire stay.
: The wine list was rather expensive, although we understand that this is partly due to local taxes.
