  : Breakfast. the fact it backed on to the shopping centre so good choice of restaurants and the Spa and Gym was good these are independent to the Hotel
  : When we arrived it looked like the hotel was closed as there were traffic cones blocking the whole entrance to the front and the entrance to the hotel was all closed off again with traffic cones we had to park on the pavement opposite and wheel our luggage through the bar/restaurant next door?? no offer of any assistance? when i told of my dislike to this fact to the lady checking us in she was not pleased and informed me that the front is blocked off for coaches? and the entrance was closed as it had been cleaned and was wet i did ask why they do not clean at night?? as for the cordoned off whole front of a hotel and no baggage staff at what is suppose to be a 4 star I have no idea? But not to worry as the member of staff checking us in did tell me if I dont like it here is the managers card to contact him!!! then the room was not ready as check in is not till 3pm that is very late and then after you have gone down two floors to find the toilet you then discover you need a code to get into it?? The lady send you off down the underground car park where you eventually find there parking area only for this to be chained off?? back up to reception to almost be called a lier until you show the photo of the chained off entrance the whole checking in experience was a complete mess and was far to stressful after we had driven 8 hours to get there it needs sorting out!!the room was very basic and needs a refurbishment holes in bedside cabinets scratched walls

  : Good breakfast. A bit far from the city centre but public transport is across the road. Nice view from the bedroom. It's good that they give you a free pass to Bernaqua.
