  : The location, while not scenic, is very central. The rooms looked like they were newly decorated. Free parking was available right in front of the building. Nice sitting area outside the room (even though another guest (fat old man) yelled at my 14-year old daughter for skating boarding outside our room.)
  : They only accept payment in cash! This caused me a big headache. Also, the owner was worried we would run away without paying the bill and that was very awkward - especially since she mentioned it to another guest. Also, English is not spoken. The time to have breakfast is very short. Although the breakfast was good, the options were limited. I understood from the photos that we would have a kitchenette in our room. There was none but thankfully the owner provided a small refrigerator as I had many food items that needed to be refrigerated.
