  : We really liked the location. The staff during the day are super friendly. Breakfast was offered at good times, delish and easy to navigate. The vibe of the lobby, restaurant and outside area is super cute and we liked that very much.
  : Not accessible (the elevator goes to half floors, so you have a staircase either way. We were placed in a room that was down several hallways and across ANOTHER stairwell that included stairs). The wifi and cell reception was non-existent and didn't work.The door wasn't flush to the floor and the lock felt flimsy. The lack of security and easy-entry other than the front door made this very concerning and we didn't feel safe in the far rooms we were placed in with the proximity of the back stairwell.Our balcony was shared with the room next to us, which had a glass door, and also led to feeling unsafe when leaving our things in the room for the day.When the fan was turned on, there was a plume of dust that flew off. It also stirred a lot from around so we had to air out the room for quite awhile until it blew off enough.The "loft bed" is a dark crawlspace up a very steep ladder and a mattress on the floor. There is not enough space to stand up and it was very misleading. I'm not surprised that it wasn't pictured in any of the listings.Bathroom was for ants. To get to the toilet you had to step INTO the shower, move the door, and go around. The towels were super small, too, it didn't fit it around my body. We were three adults - average sized - and we STRUGGLED with the size of the room (note we're campers and can rough it when we need to).The safe we had in our room wouldn't lock - the electric wire was literally hacked in two.There was no coffee/tea maker in the room and no fridge.The courtyard was very loud, very early in the morning. Not surprising being in the middle of the city, but good to note if you like to sleep in a little.The man who checked us in and worked at night was less than pleasant. He was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. When asked to be switched to a larger room/would pay for it (we were 3 adults who signed up for a 3 person room), he said that none of them were clean.

  : Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated and a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was alright, though would have been nice with a couple more vegan options. Good shower.
  : Very small room. Neighborhood somewhat dull, but the location suited the purpose of this trip (concert at the Tempodrom).

  : The staff was very friendly and helpful, the interior of the room and the building was very beautiful. I also liked very much the eco friendly furniture and bio food approach. Breakfast was ok, and it was also super nice that they had free storage compartments for your luggage. Direct bus to the Central Station, and the bus station is right in front of the hotel.
  : The location was not as central as I thought, the adjacent streets felt a bit unsafe. The mattresses were too soft for my back, and the bathroom a bit too small, the door did not open all the way through.
