  : The location of the apartment was perfect and it had all the equipments you would expect for a nice city stay.
  : The one and only thing that really really disturbed us during the stay, was this smell in the apartment. Most likely there is some kind of a problem in the whole house, not just this apartment, because there was the same smell at the stairway as well. Once you were inside, it took 10 minutes or so to get used to it, but even coming from the bathroom you could feel it again. However, if you are not sensitive, this might not be a problem at all. For me it was, but this is really a matter of taste.

  : I would have liked the room cleaning if it had been done before my arrival.
  : It was a disaster. We lived in a very dirty room where people had lived before. Dirty towels, bed linen, and dishes were scattered everywhere. The floor was sticky and it was impossible to walk on it. Unfortunately, I couldn't go to the shower either. The water had only two states very cold or very hot. There was no normal lighting in the room, it was very dark. No one got in touch with me, no one answered my messages. It was the worst experience ever and I don't recommend this apartment to anyone.

  : Apartment is quiet, beds comfortable and everything newly renovated. Good connection to the fair. The apartment may be too dark to work in, as it only has a few dim lights. But internet was fast and stable and there are enough sockets.
  : THE GIVEN INFO IS WRONG. I almost didn't have a place to stay for the night! Staff members Pola and Daniela saved me from a disaster and tried everything they could to help, I am grateful to them. The rest is incompetent and turned my arrival into a living hell. At the time of booking on Booking.com the given check-in info was '15:00-00:00', contactless. I notified the owner I'd arrive at 22:00. Months later, 2 days before arrival and AFTER PAYMENT I received a message to pick up my key at a shop between 10:00-19:00, and that I'd receive my CODE FOR THE KEY at 13:00. Panic! And no reply to my message... I'd be at work until 22:00 and feared not having a place to stay. On the phone I was told there was no other way, so I had to rush to get the key before my job started. I told them I'd be there by 13:00. My code came at 13:11... Arriving at the place there was a sign they were ON BREAK 13:00-14:30! My job at the fair started at 14:30! One desperate phone call later staff member Daniela came out to look for me personally and hand me my key. I also kept getting double e-mails and messages through their Booking.com system and own website's system, with contradicting info. No one reads the message history before replying, so they give out wrong/irrelevant info. Communication is a mess. This was the most stressful check-in I ever experienced. They have to change the listing info because this is misleading.

  : The place was exactly as in the photos. Very cozy and had everything needed. The location is very good, being well connected with the city centre and had everything needed around (eg. supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centre)
  : Although the place was obviously cleaned after the last visitor, it looked like noone stayed there in some time. Hence, everything was dusty and the place could use another cleaning.

  : It is the third time we choose the apartment for our stay in Berlin. We love the area. Everything is within a close proximity. The apartment is clean and has everything for a short stay. This time we were pleased to see that the bathroom has been renovated (It used to be a bit old fashioned).
  : It was difficult to adjust hot/ cold water in the shower. The water was either boiling hot or slightly warm.
