  : The location is not very bad, and the furniture is great and the apartment has the basic expected amenities.
  : The main issue for me is that this isn't a hotel room; it's actually a room within an apartment that's separated from another room by a door. You can hear everything happening in the other room, smell some smoke from their smoking, and even detect the food they're cooking. I didn't feel comfortable at all, and it definitely isn't worth the money. Also, getting to the apartment took me about half an hour because the instructions weren't very clear, which is surprising because I've stayed at other Limehomes in Berlin many times, and this one is nothing like the others. It's the worst one by far, and to my surprise, it's not even cheap.

  : There were several major problems with this property. If you are a fan of quality or cleanliness, do NOT stay here.TLDR; Bad smell, gross floor, shower doesnt work, and dust was everywhere.I have stayed at a contactless apartment/hotel before and it was a great experience, so I did not mind that there is no staff or reception on site. However, I arrived in Berlin at 5 am and check in time is 15:00, so when I emailed asking if I could pay for an early check in- they said it was impossible to generate the door codes early. The other contactless hotel (different company) allowed payment for early check in, so I was surprised when this one said it was impossible.Anyway, I found a cafe to wait for 10 hours. Naturally, when I got to the apartment I was exhausted and ready to relax. I was immediately greeted by a horrible smell upon entering. Also the floor is noticeably dirty and gross (see photo). I left the living room and entered the bathroom, where the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming, as if to compensate for the horrible smell in the living room. I wanted to take a shower but the water pressure immediately separates the pipe from the valve (see photo) so that the only way to shower is to hold the hose onto the valve the entire time. It makes for an uncomfortable shower as you only have one free hand. The bedroom was dusty (on top of the light fixture and under the bed looked as if theyve never been cleaned. The walls had oil stains on them. Also, the walls are paper thin, so you can hear every single noise the upstairs neighbour makes.When I tried to sleep, the bedroom door did not lock. Even if you push it, it does not close all the way. I took photos of all these things (the cobwebs in every corner, the doors that wont lock, and the shower that separates when whatre pours through it but booking.com only allows 4 photos so I will post those on my 1 star Google review.

  : Hallo. Today I want to tell you about my state in this apartment. It all began wenn we firstly came to Berlin, Bornimer Strae. One of the codes for the room door was invalid and we had to phone an assistant and get a new one. Then there were no Codes for Wi-Fi, so we had to call them again. Soon after we discovered that there was no hot water in the shower room and we called lifehome strait after. It was an evening already, so we had to wait till the morning for a technician. He came that day and tried to fix it, when we werent home. We returned back to our room soon after and there was still no hot water, so we called lifehome. Again. They promised an technician for the next day, but no one came. I called them again and Assistent was about to call me back, but he didnt, so we waited. The next day I was already pissed off. As I called lifehome again I was offered to shower in a room 002 nearby, were there was no hot water TOO. I called them ones more, as they offered me to fix the tank myself. We tried to but didnt success. As it was bothering me harder and harder I had to go to the pharmacy to buy myself calming pills.As a result: 12 calls to Lifehome (no jokes), 4 days without showering, bad impression, tainted nerves and -12 Euro for calming pills. I DO NOT recommend this apartments if you want to have a comfortable state.

  : Apartment not clean. Not talking about daily cleaning. Partly looked like didnt get cleaned for quite some time. In my opinion pictures online misleading. Everything unplugged when we arrived. Defrosting water in fridge. Coffee capsules from former guest still in machine. Internet not working. Tv not working. Flat only prepared for 3 persons. Not 4 as booked.Communication via WhatsApp with rental company but always someone else answering.Hot water in kitchen for 1 minute. After cold.
