  : Very kind staff, good communication and easy check in.Equipped with all you need. Modern kitchen, laundry machine, microwave etc. simple everything!Highly recommended.

  : Easy to find. Well appointed. Nicely decorated and well equipped.
  : The heater in the bathroom is leaking and needs repairing. A light bulb was missing from one of the lamps in the bedroom.

  : hot water tap in shower is very dangerous as the control of water tap is not good. hot water is not enough for two persons even reset the boiler to non reservenot enough pillows and pillows are too soft

  : Lovely location with nice bars and restaurants nearby- was easy to get around the city with a U Bahn 5 minute walk away. Nice and clean facilities. The shower was lovely and hot. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Berlin
  : The wifi was a bit temperamental and for some reason the TV wouldnt let us access Netflix to sign in which was a bit of a shame if we wanted some tv on in morning etc- there only appeared to be access to German channels otherwise- we were not there to explore the Berlin though so this was not a big deal. The pillows on the beds could be more comfortable as a small suggestion

  : It was clean tidy and perfect for a few days stay.
  : The bedding was uncomfortable. The quilt cover was scratchy not cotton or comfy and the pillows were just strange. Big square air pillows, not supportive we managed to buy some cushions that we used. No hairdryer when stated there was.No wardrobe available for use in second room it was locked up.No blind in the shower room that opened onto a courtyard bit bizarre when the light was on you could see an outline.We wouldnt stay again based on above.

  : It is in a great location, quiet and near restaurants and public transport.
  : We told hosts well in advance we would be using sofabed and needed linen for this. When we arrived not only was there no linen for sofabed but not for other beds either . We had to make up beds ourselves and move furniture late at night. The linen is left to dry in a wardrobe in the bedroom - thus causing a musty smell. The towels were not dried properly and smelled horrible. The area under the sofabed had not been cleaned for months. We could not control heating and bedrooms were uncomfortably warm.

  : The location was central and good for exploring the city.
  : We were disappointed to find that the apartment was not the same one that was shown on the advertising photographs. Also we were very disappointed that it was so very dark inside because of it's location in the back yard of a house. All this was not mentioned in the advert. Cleanliness was ok, but the main bedroom was incredibly small and one could hard walk around the bed. The curtains were also hanging off. I don't think I would book this apartment again.
