  : A light and airy apartment on the ground floor looking over a courtyard garden. Very convenient for local cafes and restaurants and transport into key centres.
  : The bedroom was very small. The check in process at the apartment was rushed. It would be useful to have a welcome manual spelling out the key points about the apartment, including how appliances work, especially how the washing machine works, what the parking rules are in the surrounding streets, where the nearest supermarket selling fruit, veg, dairy and bread is, information about using public transport, etc. Firmer pillows would also be a bonus.

  : The location was great, easy access to public transport, great bars, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. The apartment was clean and a had all the amenities.

  : Due to a storm we were delayed by 12 hours and didn't arrive in Berlin until 10PM. We couldn't be sure about arrival time until one hour before arrival, but we kept in contact with the host during the day and he turned up, glad and friendly, even though we arrived in Berlin so late in the evening. Clean and well equipped apartment. Close to U-bahn. Nice neighborhood (but most of the cafs and restaurants were closed during Christmas holidays)

  : Amazing location!!! 10 min walk to Heckscher Markt and Alexanderplatz, close to all public transport stations, many restaurants close by. the apartment was warm and cosy and clean. We would have chosen this accommodation again!
  : The bedroom is very tiny and the bed is squeezed between two walls. One of us had to sleep in the couch in the living room.

  : Yannick was there to handover the keys at check-in . He kindly facilitated an early check-in. He was excellent throughout our stay when there was problem with the heating. We were very impressed with Yannick. The apartment is situated in Mitte, close to an U bahn station and S bahn stops. It's about 30 minutes from the main station and less than 15 minutes from Museum Island. It's in a very good location. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the area and a number of mini supermarkets and a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfy and the facilities as advertised.
  : As indicated above, there was issue with heating and hot water for the majority of stay. Whilst we understand that things break down, we were very disappointed with the management company, GreatStays, about the length of time it took to fix and the fact that no alternatives for showering were offered, or even suggested. The company promised some compensation. Over a week later and nothing has been received. Not impressed with the office's customer service.

  : The location was good, near lots of bakeries, cafs and a subway and tram station. The apartment is big, well-equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again.
  : the wifi could be faster / more stable (i know, first world problems)

  : The location of the flat, the quietness, as it was facing an internal courtyard and the general feel of the area. It was kind to let us drop our luggage early, also. It was great to have two U-Bahnhof stations close by, and the tram.
  : It would have been great to have regular rectangular pillows and a choice of ones without feathers? Also, I could have done with a small saucepan and lid - and maybe a couple of microwave-safe cooking containers? But that is because I like to be able to cook where I stay. We would have loved to see the actual flat in the photos on the booking.com site. Where we were did not look the same.

  : Nice apartment, good location, it could benefit from a guide for guests. We had problems with the heating that could have been easily resolved with some information about how the system operated.
  : The host was rather difficult to communicate with.
