  : The property had good parking. Property had an easy access 24/7 to get into the apartment. It had lots of promise if there were people you could actually contact at the desk on the weekend.
  : When things did not work properly, we tried to get in touch with people. Nobody answered. We were there on Saturday morning trying to decide if we should continue to stay at the place where the shower was just a tiny stream of water where you have to wave it back me forth across your head. . We had reservations until Tuesday. The hours for the office were not until Monday. There was nobody who contacted us so we had to leave. otherwise we were facing the prospect of a really bad shower until the following Monday. We also had asked for things in advance that they said they would give us, such as a coffee maker and an egg pan, but those things are not there. Of course we could not reach anybody to ask for those things. we wasted a lot of our morning trying to figure out what we’re going to do about breakfast because the breakfast items we requested are not there. No one was there to help us find them. So we felt our only way out was to leave and find a better place even though we had prepaid. Now we are not getting any money back from this place because they were not helpful in trying to get in touch with us. They say they tried to call us but that is not true. We were trying on Saturday morning to get their attention and finally got somebody on Sunday who said they would call us on Monday. Now it is Wednesday, and no one has called us. It is the worst booking.com experience I’ve ever had in 20+ years of booking.com. I guess I have donated over $300 to this hotel, but I would stay away from it if I were you

  : No breakfast available, due to lack of hotel guest. The bed sheets were not changed at all during my 8 nights stay.

  : Nice rooms. Stayed there for a month. There was cleaning service every week. Nice view from 4th floor. I think, for the price I paid, an oven would have been nice. They were helpful to provide kitchen items like pan, plate, cutlery...
  : Germans. They do the job and they disappear. There is no 24*7 reception. But when I called with phone, there was someone available for help. I wouldnt say it is a bad thing. Since I have lived in Germany previously, it was fine for me. But for new travelers, it can be frustrating. Although I booked for 1 month, my access card stops working after a week. So, each week i had to get it checked. Again it is not a bigh issue.

  : Nice location at the old Hauptkadettenanstalt. A very historic location. Fine and well equipped apartments with free parking.
