  : The night porter/bar man, as a group of 8 we bought a few rounds of beer when we arrived,(16) drinks so we bought a bottle of wine €27.50 which was good enough ,so ordered another to finish the night off and was charged €35 by the night porter,so I queried this with him & he said that’s the price take it or leave it? !!!! .I asked to speak to the manager regarding this issue & was told there wasn’t one available,then he came round to where we were sitting & lifted the bottle & took it back behind & tried to re-seal it( can’t be hygienic ) as wine goes off after being opened This hotel is lovely and clean & the actions of one ignorant person wouldn’t stop me recommending it,I travel all over Europe on a regular basis, but have to say because of 1 individual I would really go back,sorry for the negative feedback buts it’s the truth .Ray from Belfast

  : Room size is very good. There was a small kitchenette and a big size bathroom. There was a coffee machine and a fridge. Room was very comfortable. The electrical heater was very useful for drying clothes.
  : Location is in the C part of the city and amount 40 minutes train ride aday to city Center.

  : the reception staff! The woman on my last day there was incredibly rude on the reception phone line going as far as telling me that I could not do a late checkout and would have to pay for an extra night/day! (by the way, I was at the hotel for 4 nights, so this did not feel fair!) I asked to talk to management and she said "there is nobody available " and then decided that I could leave until 2:30 pm and charged me a fee for that!also (the reception guy) the day that I left, I asked for help with my luggages and he simply suggested I do it myself because he could not leave the desk!

  : Perfect location of you have to attend event at the Wista Messe. Nearby the metro, really practical location. Continental breakfast with warm option choices
  : The temperature in the room was too high, really too warm.The room was clean but there were different insects around, some ants in the bathroom and one white insect on the armchair.
