  : Perfect location, close to all shops and to nature. Pretty hotel interior with extraordinary art decor. Great to be able to use the spa; nice pool, steam-room (lots of steam!) and sauna. Room and all areas were very clean. We enjoyed having a separate WC and bathroom - also a big shower. Friendly staff.
  : It was a pity that we twice asked for using parts of the spa and the staff told us they would take care of it but then they never did. 2 out of 3 showers in the spa didn't work properly. I believe for that room price the breakfast could be included. As the bathtub was in the room, next to the bed, it would have been good to provide an extra large mat to place in front of the tub. I believe it would be better to make the hotel WiFi safer by setting up a password. I did not use it because there was no password. Thin mattress and for my liking too soft. And I expected it to be 1 big bed but it was 2 separate mattresses. There was supposed to be a water kettle in the room but there was not - I later found out I could have received it from the reception.
