  : 1.You need to add 15 euros to the final price - for cleaning. (Not sure per night, or for all stay. Luckily we were there for only one night). You get this info only sometime after booking is done. They say it's because Booking.com somehow doesn't allow to add cleaning to the price (how do other hosts add it though?..) But of course everyone understands it's done on purpose to show lower price per night in search filters to attract people looking for cheaper accommodation options. Well done, this worked with me. That's funny, but they also ask you to clean dishes and take care about garbage (printed paper in the folder with info, inside the room) - why it's not included in the cleaning? 2. Room is in a basement. No daylight and big windows as on photos.3. Check in is a challenge, prepare to waste at least half an hour. Download applications, save several codes to get into the room, tc 4. As mentioned in description, accomodation should be paid upon arrival, though they charged 12 days in advance. 5. No toiletries except liquid soap (and they were mentioned as you've got already).6.You do hear neighbors. Walls issue or whatever is it. A woman upstairs was shouting (yep, not talking) so loudly, and it felt like she was sitting next to me. Made it impossible to have a nap after the trip. 7. They take 50 euros deposit in case you will breake something (don't they have insurance?). 8. Area around the building doesn't look like a safe environment at all.

  : Very visible dirty floors throught. Dirt, crumbs on bathroom floor, and all floors and surfaces sticky with dirt.Cold water showers except for one hot shower.Noisey area outside at the inner court yard
