  : Firstly, the check in was a nightmare. I messaged Beatrice 30 mins before arrival to ask to drop off our bags. She was polite and explained that Madelin would be there to let us in. After 15+ mins of standing outside ringing the bell, we finally got in. Madelin could not speak Italian nor English and had no idea why we were there. We were then given the wrong room and asked to move.The room we were moved in was a glorified hostel. There was no - little effort made to make the room cosy or appealing. There was a small window which backed onto the courtyard, resulting in very little natural lighting in the room. The room was not included on the booking images. Overall, I feel very disappointed and mislead by the property. Several of the images on the advert are not of the property, and there are zero accurate images of the room we stayed In. We also shared the bathroom with another room. This was completely ridiculous. We were sharing with 3+ women who took hours in the bathroom. This resulted in us having to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink! The walls are paper thin so we heard the women scream and laughing all night, banging around the kitchen in the early hours of the morning, and going in and out of the bathroom several times an hour. Not only this, but the room was not cleaned once in our stay. We were also not given any fresh towels.Moreover, the bathroom door was coming off it's hinge! One strong individual could easily open it despite it being locked. The bathroom was exactly what you'd expect in the hostel. No communal soap or hand sanitizer was available and there was damp in the corner of the room.Would not recommend staying here.

  : The shared kitchen slightly annoying when all people from 3 rooms gathering for breakfast. Not much electric outlets for charging devices in the room and kitchen

  : The shower water would go all over the floor.The cleaners didn't leave any toilet roll or new towels. Could hear people upstairs walking all night so couldn't sleep. Bed very uncomfortable slept on sofa bedHardly no hot water.

  : Everything. The place is located in the city center, in a quiet area. The apartment has the perfect size for four people, and the beds are very comfortable.

  : Accommodation very pleasant, excellent location, subway stop a few steps from the hotel. The room was very nice. The staff has been very pleasant and helpful. On a visit to Milan, I certainly recommend this hotel.
