  : Well appointed hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Room very nice but basic. Very quiet and safe area. Convenient location to visit Upper Bergamo.
  : Located in commercial area, not ideal for tourists. Limited amenities in the area. Only local TV available.

  : The bedrooms and hallways are extremely dated and could do with complete renovation. The bedroom that we stayed in had no balcony and was situated at the side of the hotel so was very dark

  : Good location 10-16 minutes from the train station and the old town. Good breakfasts, except for scrambled eggs and sausages. Stick to the "cold" breakfast at this hotel, served from 6:30 to 10:00, so wide range. Reasonably spacious rooms. Standard room amenities.There was an option to borrow an umbrella on a Rainy day.We would probably give the hotel higher rating if the room was on another floor.
  : The biggest drawback turned out to be the noise. We were given a room on the 7th floor, which was right below the restaurant. It wasn't a problem when we went to bed late. However, when we wanted to rest before 11:00 PM, we could hear loud chair scraping/moving/falling and mumbling talk noise coming from above.The room had no soundproofing at all. In addition to the noise from above, there were noises from outside, air conditioning noises, noises from dripping water in the bathroom, and... it turned out that these were connecting rooms, so we had a door to another room that led to other guests' room, which turned out to be a bathroom. So, when the people next door returned to their room after 11:00 PM, you could hear flushing, conversations, showers, etc.The room had windows, but they were blocked, there was no view, no light, only darkness.The bathroom was old, the toilet was hidden in a corner that was inaccessible. The bathtub had a shower with separate hot and cold water taps.Only one person at the reception, so you had to wait a while to get the room keys.If someone gets a room on the 7th floor, I recommend trying to change to a different floor.

  : Great location on the main road 5mins to the funicular and 20 mins from the train station (walking) . Lovely large rooms with robes and slippers - tea & coffee facilities and even a jacuzzi bath . Breakfast was brilliant with a great choice and opened at 6.30am which was fab as we had an early flight .
