  : The flat is clean, well equipped and nice. The owner is very nice, she left cookies and ice cream for us in the flat. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
  : There are no insect nets in the windows, so flies can enter freely. In the morning our sleep was interrupted by annoying flies. Insect nets should be put in the windows and also more easily accessible blinds, as the exterior blinds are not easy to be seen and handled. Also, being a first floor with no bars in the windows, one feels a bit unprotected, intruders can come in, one does not feel very safe.The bedroom door and the toilet flush make a lot of noise and can easily wake up one of the guests.

  : The inhouse heating was working.
  : Far from my office. No network signal inside the bedroom. No wifi in the front/kitchen.Tap water was cloudy. Insects inside the house.No toiletries.no scissors.No detergent liquid or powder.

  : The property had good kitchen and dining area, everything required for cooking aMeal was at hand. Amazing shower. Good heating system - the apartment was always warm :).
  : The location. Even tho the driving time to Milan centre is 1hr you will struggle to get there in under 2hr 15min with public transport. We had to book and stay a night in Milan due to requiring an early train. There is graffiti outside the apartments which looked scary on arrivial - graffiti is all over Italy but looks really bad on the buildings. The plug socket in the lounge is unsafe and virtually came away from the wall when we tried to use as a plug point. Although this may be a preference the bed was massively uncomfortable- the worst Ive slept in. Foam mattress which sinks in the middle and foam pillows - which again was uncomfortable.

  : Price was good with everything else shooting up due to the Atalanta v Liverpool taking place that night.
  : It is a little way from Bergamo, but if buses are running its fine. Being kept back in the stadium until 1am did not help. The single bed was hard to find initially and in the main bedroom.

  : It was clean. The owner was always accessible. Bus stop right in front of the house.
  : Pure internet reception. No sound proof walls. It seems further than 4km from the center. The owner offered us to drive us to the airport for 25 which is more expensive than a taxi. Fortunately the bus operates from 5am.
