Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that special requests must be made by email (not telephone) and must also be confirmed in writing.

Please note that rooms with the best views must be requested via email and confirmed by the property.

Please be advised there is a charge of EUR 5 if you require confirmation of your hotel for your consulate.

Reservations from German residents without credit card details can be only accepted if the home address and the phone number of the person who has reserved is provided.
