  : We liked that the house is traditional and its close to the historical center.
  : You cant rest too well as you can hear everything from outside. At 3am in the middle of the night we had been awaken by some noises: some girls were talking in front of the house and were knocking at the door for at least 15-20 minutes. I understood that their flight was delayed but if you, as the owner, promise a late check in, then you should be there and wait for your late guests in order not to disturb the other guests sleep. Another issue is with the parking: in the description of the property they Say they have a free parking. Actually, they dont have one so you have to pay for a public parking (which is close, yes, but not free) so please dont lie. The breakfast is not plenty, nor traditional or home-made as I saw in some reviews: its a basic, continental breakfast. In the bathroom you will not find shampoo, so youd better pack one in your lugagges.

  : Very good location. The room was clean. The host was nice. Breakfast was traditional and they even provided a packed one for our last morning as we were leaving early.
  : The room is quite small and we couldn't open our full size suitcase. Very noisy until late on Saturday night as it is next to a bar with a terrace.

  : It was great place to stay during our visit to Berat. The place was very cozy and comfortable. The woman who welcomed us was super friendly and even though she didnt speak English we managed to sort out everything out with the help of Google translate. The breakfast was definitely an amazing part our stay that we wont forget. The place was pretty much right next to the old town. In addition, the price for us as tourists was very affordable. Definitely recommend the place for everyone staying Berat for a holiday.
  : The only thing that bothered us was the noises outside that we could hear in our room. But we were quite tired so in the end we still had a good night sleep.

  : The location is good, 10 minutes walking from the center of the city.
  : The breakfast could be better.The room is quite small and the bathroom is not great. Also, you hear everything happening around you.You only have 1 tiny window in the room.
