Rincon Suite 3-C

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: The balcony was big with nice view. Wifi works really good. Good location.
: Some days it smells a lot from Burger king when you sit on the balcony. The rooms are very small especially one of the rooms, it is almost claustrophobic. The airflow in the apartment is very bad. No information how to start the AC. There is a button beside the front door that activates the aircondition to start. All the walls of the apartment was very very dirty.

Wonderful
Traveller Type:
: The balcony, views and location are superb. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom a good spec. Interior was comfortable and up to date. Foyer entrance was bright and modern. Pharmacy, supermarket, laundrette and herbalist shop directly underneath property. Bars, restaurants and beach directly opposite our doorstep. TV, air conditioning, fridge freezer and kitchen all in good order. Office staff were friendly and helpful - on-call if needed. Easy process to collect keys. Dining table and chairs on balcony comfortable and ample for 4 of us to sit around. Would definitely return.
: Second twin room a little small and boxy, with small upper window out onto corridor. Drawers in second room broken. There was only one sun lounger on the balcony, which was torn so we never used it.

Very Good
Traveller Type:
: People at the reception where we got the Key didn't know where the appartment was And send us in the wrong direction and said just use google maps They are right of course, that works best But its not really customer friendly and travelers often have their hands full

Very Good
Traveller Type:
: Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, modern apartment
: No kettle, an instruction/ welcome book would have been better for aircon etc. more storage (wardrobe/ drawer space needed. Bedrooms quite compact..much than it looks in the pics!!

Poor
Traveller Type:
  : The location
: Not very clean the pull out bed was broken so one of us had to sleep on the floor There was dust in the cupboards and under the bed we had to give the place a clean There was no way someone cleaned that apartment before us I found a ladys purse in one cupboard covered in dust I handed the purse into the booking office the couch bed was broken and a big peace of metal was lying at the back of it I have pictures to prove this hopefully if there a decent and professional company I will get compensation for highlighting this and hopefully there next visitors dont go through the same ordeal And they employ more efficient house keepers Look forward to here from you
