: Perfect location, apartment was very tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed.
: There could be a better system of collecting and returning the keys as benidorm booking is quite a walk from the apartment especially with luggage. As we had checked in on line there should be a way to make it easier. We had a cab waiting but it took ages because we had to queue.

: Comfortable bed, fantastic views, lovely pool and ideally located for beach, restaurants and shops.
: Shower and sink slow to drain and hot water ran out quickly so not that good for a group of friends getting ready in evening. No shower mat so wet floors slippery advise bringing your own. Glass doors not marked up so easy to walk into them. No emergency contact numbers or instructions for operating blinds, air conditioning or telly.

: The location is excellent. The pool and the pool staff was great. The aircondition was good. Big beds were comfortable. Good showers.
: The pillows are too big and uncomfortable. The master bedroom needs an extra sheet as a cover for the second person, at least have it as an option in the closet. The bunk bed was not good. It was loose and unstable. The extra bed under the bunk bed is made of thin cardboards under the mattress and not good quality. The washing maschine is moldy, smells and needs a deep deeeep cleaning. Our opinion is that the apartment should include soup and enough toilet paper for at least five days. The floor was dirty when we arrived. It was dirty/dusty under the beds and behind night stands.
