  : The shower head was not fixed on so we couldn't shower so had to use the bath instead which wasn't the best. Basic apartment but the best bit was the location and the view from the balcony. Would stay again

  : Errm... The balcony was a good size and overlooks the beach.
  : ARRIVAL The keys were hidden in a secret location The location was such a secret that we did not know where that secret location was. It would have helped to get some instructions. It took 1 hour for our taxi driver and the rest of the street at the secret location to help find the secret and then try to discover the PIN number behind the secret key safe to find out keys. If your looking to get into an escape room, this adventure at midnight might be up your street however after traveling and have a delayed flight, this game was just too much for us. The telephone numbers for the apartments are not answered. Really bad start to the apartments. Communication needs to be improved for travellers, instructions on how to get into the apartment would have been good. AIR CON There is none, this is probably my fault I should have checked upon booking however did not realise it was still an 80s apartment and no air con. The 2 bedroom apartment had 1 bedroom to the rear which I guess could be used as a sauna if you like, however with the current temperatures in Benidorm unfortunately thats a missed opportunity for the hotel as no one really needs the sauna in July. We all had to sleep with our heads out the patio doors in the hope for the next wee breeze to arrive. BEDS Think this were bought with the old B&H coupons some years ago. Not quite comfortable however there was no doubt they are indeed beds as stated in the advert. We had to pack all the mattresses side by side in the one room together, to allow our make shift air con to work, i.e. heads out the window for air. The sheets were nice and bright however with each of us having a different coloured sheet. The pillows were almost flat, again that means there was no pillow in the pillow, thats a new one on me. They did however offer a sheet each should you require any bed coverings. I have much more to share but ran out of space here.

  : The location cannot be faulted! The apartments look directly onto the Levante Beach and the views, even at level 1, were amazing. The sunsets we witnessed were stunning. In particular, considering the perfect location and the fact that our stay covered the Christmas holiday period, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the area was. Ideal after a hard day sightseeing!
  : Cleanliness left a great deal to be desired and the items provided in the apartment (bedding, blankets, towels, mugs, bowls, plates etc) were either non-existent or insufficient for my family. For example, we were only provided with three cracked and stained mugs. There are no bowls for cereal or dessert and only 2 teaspoons. The balcony furniture was filthy. With just a little more thought about attention to guests' reasonable expectations and a couple of extra items, the apartment could be perfect.

  : The location is very convenient, and we got it for a very good price. The flat has cooking facilities, washing machine, hair dryer etc. The car park, when available, is very convenient.
  : The electric system keeps tripping. It prevents from using the hob for anything more than boiling the kettle. Smell of burnt and light flashing present themselves every time it tripped and we reactivated. The facility manager helped us the first day, and hinted that this is something seen regularly. Additionally, the agency did not inform us that the car park required a key and when we arrived at their office at 1155 (before their closing time and after having informed them of our time of arrival few minutes before) all was closed and just the flat keys left in a safe. When we contacted them for access to the car park they just told that they were close and to go back on Monday.The flat is directly above bars that play music until 4am outside (both a negative and a positive).The forniture is old and not always in one piece (several of the chairs weren't).
