  : The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.
  : We were expecting a better value for money. I dont know where the other ratings came from but to us this is far from reality. The hotel is good if you want to ski and sleep, a hostel type of accomplishment, but it isnt a comfortable place for a family.The rooms are very basic- the so called balcony is a French window with no access to the outside.There is no lobby or common area except the dining room.The food in the restaurant is good but there are no vegetarian options and you always have to order a menue, there is no chance to eat just a main course even if you have a baby of only 2 years.We made our choice by the ratings given on booking but we feel we should write an honest feedback so other families can make a more elaborated choice.
