  : Comfortable bed, spacious room, ok location overlooking river... but negatives far outweighed the positives.
  : No hot water for the entirety of my stay, sexist manager, unhelpful staff, dated room, desk only open limited hours, disappointing and limited breakfast. The worst part was that the boiler broke, and I had no warm shower after 12 hours of traveling. This was on Wednesday night. The expectation is that it won't be fixed until Monday. Thankfully, I was only staying 2 nights. The staff offered a 25% discount for the inconvenience, which I do not believe was sufficient compensation for the very uncomfortable stay. I called and emailed the manager Todd, and he has yet to respond. My dad was staying in another room and also contacted the manager at the same time, who told him he'd get full compensation.... so, on top of everything, it sounds like the manager is sexist. We learned from a former employee that the boiler issues have been going on for over a year, and that's why they left. Stay away from this place!

  : Nice view from private porch.Nice variety for breakfast.
  : A window to let the cool evening air in would have made it so I didn't hear the AC every few minutes while I tried to sleep. The AC came back on four minutes after going off. Ear plugs did help me the next night.
