  : A lot: Elevater was messing up, and Had to move room do to bath tub flooding , The hallway smelled, and the room had more patched work done consistently. I literally had to walk upstairs multiple times. It was not worth the price of 2 days

  : Eggs looked anemic, unappetizing.Elevater not working. Put handicap on 1st floor.Screws on disabled bar by commode, coming out of wall. Not installed properly. Commode is not a handicapped commode. Too low. Bed is to high for disable to comfortably get in and out. Risk of falling out of bed.

  : I reserved a room online and got the emails with my confirmation number and receipt where I was charged for the room so whenever I get there I tell him at front desk that I had a room reservation and he looks an says he doesn't show nothing in his system about a reservation for me so I show him my emails stating that I had a room reservation an was charged for it an it didn't even matter to him because I wasn't in the system so I had to go elsewhere and pay for another room I don't know where the confusion was here but I got charged for a room that I didn't even get to stay in

  : The location was quiet & close to everything we needed.
  : The hot tub was dirty and not at all hot, the first day it was cold, then second day warmed up to about 84, even if I wanted to try it…it was so dirty and the water was cloudy and yellow. Also the front desk staff walked away from the front quite often. There were a few times we needed something and nobody was around.

  : The lady at front desk was very helpful at checkout time mainly since we had a sickness. We needed an extra hour checkout.
