  : Indoor pool, staff, food options, games room, night time entertainment.
  : Outdoor pool is not heated. We got the room above reception which was a bit noisy from all the buses arriving very early in the morning.Fans in the bathroom not working.Babies going to the pool without swimming napy. When raised to the lifeguard, they said it's not required which I found is very disappointed coz babies at that age have no control of stools or pee.

  : We could use the Spa without apointment and as long as we wanted and all without extra payments Also the bar is separated for the night and there are many places to choose.
  : The only surprise was the small bedroom.

  : Our room had nice, thick curtains which allowed us to keep the room fairly dark and sleep longer in the morning. Even though we were on the first floor where the restaurant is also located, we did not notice a lot of noise in the morning. The staff is super nice and helpful, and special thank you goes to the staff working in Beny's Mini Club for kids :-) They kept the kids entertained while the adults relaxed :-) Also, I liked the sauna and the steam bath, in general indoor facilities were good.
  : We had a half-board (breakfast and dinner) and while the quality of breakfast was good (cold cuts, cereals, pancakes, eggs, free milk and juices, etc.) the quality of the food served for dinner was horrible. Bland, tasteless chicken and fish, olives that were 90% pit, in general unsalted food, baked potatoes that tasted a bit under-cooked, and we had to pay for every drink, even for juices that were *free* for breakfast. Pastry cakes were so dry that they must have been a few days old. The only food I could eat was in the kids' section. Honestly, I had a feeling that we were being served food that was reheated from a few days ago or the food that was not eaten in other hotels. Please, *please* change your catering company.

  : Lovely staff - always smiling, friendly and helpful. Great activities calendar. Game room and SPA. Well equipped room (safe, iron) & kitchen area.
  : The smell from the toilet seat (from sewer's system) was hard to endure, especially after night. Maybe it was only a top floor problem.

  : Good variety of food and good facilities. We've stayed there a few times in the past as we love it and our kids really do enjoy the kids club.
  : It was rather warm this weekend and on the first night I realised the aircon wasn't working so I had to sleep with the windows open. On Saturday I spoke to the receptionist and asked her why the aircon was not working. Her response was that during this season it gets turned off and to sleep with the windows open. I really wasnt satisfied by this solution as the previous night I had woken up with noise from outside. And then again this morning (Sunday) we were woken up at 8am by some staff member organising and making sure each of the sun loungers were neatly paired together. The screeching sound they made on the tiles was rather loud for 8am on a Sunday. We love staying at this hotel but for the price we paid I would expect to sleep comfortably and in peace. I hope management takes note of this as it's something simple to address and would go along way to ensuring guests enjoy and relax during their stays.

  : The hotel were clean, indoor swimming pool was great.Very close to the beach and suitable for all age group.
  : Food can be better, no drinks included with your dinner even though you pay for half board which was really disappointing.I had to spend a lot on uber to get to places, so be careful about the location when booking.
