  : Spacious accommodation with good facilities and well equipped. Next to beautiful beaches , with excellent water sports nearby. Pretty Bembridge village five minutes walk and with all amenities.
  : The kitchen and some bedrooms needed more of a clean.

  : Beautiful rooms and very well equipped. Felt like an inviting and cosy family home. Near to the beach and as we had no car being very close to the bus stop was excellent.
  : Instructions for opening key safe need updating as there is a different model from the one described. Despite your instructions the grill pan was left dirty by previous guest.

  : Lovely, clean and well equipped house, with views of the solent. Welcome pack provided, which was much appreciated. A very nice home, which we plan on using again in the future.
  : Nothing wrong in the sense of the kitchen. However there was not enough room to use for storage of food and could have done with some kitchen tongs for cooking.

  : The house is in a great location just one minute's walk from the beach and contains plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Its a 10 minute walk (admittedly uphill !) to the centre of Bembridge where there is a Co-op, two bakeries, fishmongers and restaurants, a pub and take-aways. There is also a cafe/micro-brewery just across the road selling great beer. Our host, Justine, was exceptional both before and during our stay. She is very quick to respond to queries and we had a few minor requests during our stay which she dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend her company, JustForYou Holiday Homes.
  : The house is in need of some refurbishment which we were told is scheduled for this summer. There is nothing major but it could benefit from a lick of paint and some new carpets in some rooms.
