  : The location is good
  : The floor was really dirty. The room smelled very strong to cigarette. The toilet did not have a toilet seat.

  : Nothing- the owner is rude, there is a bar that blasts the music right below, he would not move me to the other side of the building away from the bar, the window had to be open because there was no air conditioning and it was blasting hot
  : The bar below blasting loud music past 2am in the morning! No air conditioning- the window had to be open or I would have died of heat exhaustion!

  : Walking around the area was actually quite nice. It was directly opposite the railway station and we thought it would be noisy but it wasnt. It may be different on weekends as there are a few nightclubs very close, but we werent troubled by them at all. I suppose that as a last resort booking in a city in Switzerland, you get what you pay for. Switzerland is always expensive. I have never had to make up my own bed in a hotel though.
  : Our bathroom was below par. The toilet seat was cracked completely through and we had to wrap toilet paper around it to stop it cutting us. The seat wasnt fixed on properly either. The television didnt work and the heating didnt work.

  : Location is excellent and price was quite cheap, but the quality was proportional to the price.
  : Hotel is very old and the bathrooms are not inviting at all. We had reserved 3 room, but were told upon arrival, that one had a problem and that we would need to be accommodated is two large rooms, which we could manage, but was not comfortable. Two of the beds in our room were broken and the bathroom shower had no curtains, so that after the shower the entire bathroom was wet. The owner/manager was nice though.

  : On arrival I mentioned that my credit card was booked twice, which was acknowledged (upon my showing evidence) and a refund was promised to my bank account.
  : The refund did not materialize as promised, and I had to follow up through my credit card contested payments scheme.

  : In every respect the hotel was a disgrace - a company of your standing shouldn't accept this. The place seemed more like a hostel for people (mostly men) who were on hard times. Most importantly the lock to the door to our room was seriously faulty. The door to the room next to us had been battered down - there was someone in occupation! We were due to use this hotel on our return journey so we told the manager that we would not under any circumstances stay in the same room. He said that this could be arranged. When we returned we were offered the same room. We refused to take it so he took us to a nice apartment a short walk from the hotel. The hire cost will have been hugely more than our "room 8" in the hotel but he didn't make any additional charge.

  : Everything - in particular our bedroom was awful and the lock to the door was broken. It wasn't mended. When we arrived we were asked to pay by cash because "the internet was down". You should make a refund to us, please
