: The location is amazing and the hotel facilities are 10/10. The fact that it has a full kitchen and fridge is also a plus. The parking right in front of the building and with easy access to the road is also great.
: The blankets provided were dusty and ended up triggering our allergies. This was the only real bad part of our stay.

: The receptionist at the Apartments (older pipe smoking gentleman) was not very welcoming or helpful.Our apartment had no TV remote control.

: Property was much bigger than expected. Very clean and had everything you needed. Great Location too. The pool was amazing, such a great view from your sun lounger and no problem getting a sun lounger.

: It was hard to find the property at first, and was unclear that we had to check in at the hotel, not the apartments.

: Location and cleanliness.
: There was no communication leading up to our trip advising us about check in and what to do if you arrive via your car. We had no idea the street you have to turn on to get to the accommodation is actually a narrow shared pathway through shops and restaurants for pedestrians and cars and you need a permit to drive through first.There was no instructions about where you actually check in, its not at the Residence LUlivo its at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni (but not at their reception). Once checked in, the apartments are not in through the main Residence LUlivo doors, access is via the outside of the building by either walking up the stairs to the right or a pathway to the left.
