  : Leaving in the morning.
  : I don't like htels that, when you arrive after a long journey, want to make you wait 90 mins for reception to open. Luckily the wife of the owner heard me knocking on the door and let me in.The restaurant was poor. 1 starter, 1 main, 1 dessert.

  : We had the most pleasant stay at Relais Saint Louis. We stayed with our little family for two days and enjoyed the fine cooking and excellent wines in the restaurant, fresh local products at breakfast and the welcoming charm of the owners of the relais. Traveling with a baby and a four year old is great fun, however it is sometimes challenging to dine together as a couple. Here we were able to put the children to sleep our room above the restaurant, have the babyphone by the side of the table and have two splendid nights. We highly recommend Relais Saint Louis and look forward to return to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature and villages.

Disappointing

  : Breakfast was ok, quite plentiful, good pastries and nice home-made jam, Bed reasonably comfortable
  : It's a very old historic building, so not unexpected to have very creaky floorboards and bedroom door which doesn't fit properly. Radiator not properly fixed to the wall. Noticed that information said all rooms had coffee making facilities, but mine didn't.On the first day I complained that the bar supporting the shower head had fallen off the wall. Nothing was ever done to repair it. On the second evening ( a Saturday) there was a wedding party in the dining room. Still going strong and playing piano at 1.30 am. Ok, they were customers too but I think there should have been either a noise curfew or a reduction for my second night. Impossible to sleep!

  : Right in the centre of this historic town and also quite an historic inn -1832, French american owner extremely helpful in these covid times. Dinner was excellent and also breakfast. Loads of hot water also. Parking right outside.
  : All fine by us.

  : Could take bicycles into our room. Breakfast was good. Host worked very hard to meet the needs of visitors but more staff needed in restaurant.
  : No toiletries in the bathrooms. Service in restaurant was slow. Restaurant was VERY expensive and we left feeling hungry. Hotel clearly past its heyday.
