: The staff were wonderful. They were so kind and helpful and overall great people. The location was great! A bit hard to find - if you use the address on booking, it will take you across the street. Google 'Hostel Bongo' and you'll end up in the right place. It's off the main road. I was able to have laundry done (a traveller's blessing) and it was given back to me all folded, which was so kind.
: The AC in my room was broken and it made my room unbearably hot during my stay. It was supposed to be fixed my second day there but wasn't, so it was over 30 degrees in the room at night, making it impossible to sleep. Everything else was great though! Just way too hot to sleep.

: It was in a great location and towels were provided and staff were pleasant. The lockers with key fobs was a great touch, but loud if someone opened them at night.
: The beds are right beside the common area, so very loud when everyone is gathered. That might be fine, if the bedroom door wasn't broken and didn't swing open through the night when the front door or balcony were opened. It was a nice enough place, but yeah and the mattresses being somewhat uncomfortable it wasn't the best. Also my light fell off the wall when I went to turn it off.
