: Apartment is located close to the city centre and has a free parking in the basement of the building. It has got everything you will need for a short stay.
: The flat was supposed to host 4 adult persons, While this it is theoretically possible, two of the people will have to sleep on the couch.

: I stayed at a property in Belgrade through booking.com- D2 Cosy Downtown apartment. I was with my husband, my nine year old son and five year old daughter. We had no issues with any of earlier stays in different areas of the world but this apartment resulted in a grave situation that needs to be addressed.Only few hours after our check in at the property, the glass door of the shower collapsed and shattered on my 9 year old son in front of my eyes as he was having a shower. The door broke down in millions of glass pieces leaving my son covered in glass from head to toes. He was scared, in shock and most importantly in severe pain as he was cut all over his body and bleeding.As my husband called the owner to tell him to call the ambulance since we dont speak Serbian, he did so while passing snide remarks on the welfare of my son. Not only was such a calamity due to lack of safety from his bathroom, I was flabbergasted to listen to the owner trying to justify why it happened casually without admitting to the real cause of my son's injury and taking responsibility. I have requested the owner to stop addressing me as his comments were out of line and his property caused severe physical and psychological harm to my child.I speak Russian and Czech so therefore it is easy for me to understand what is being said in Serbian and as the owner was speaking to emergency line he was trying to decrease the severity of the situation.When we reached the hospital, the doctors and nurses were all shocked by the state of my son and was stunned that the property advertised as accommodation for tourists could have such poor conditions and create such a disaster.They said our son was lucky that he eyes and face didnt get damaged as there was so much glass all over him.
