: Appartment is close to bus stations and also other facilities. Supermarket and bakery are 50 m away. You can park for free in the neighbourhood (5-10 min of walking). Wifi is strong and stable and can be used for work.
: There isnt much I didn't like. It's simple appartment with basic inventory.

: The host let us check-in early and have a late check-out, Location was close to Tram Number 7, there were supermarkets located close to the apartment. The host tried being nice.
: The owner asked to cancel one night before departure when I told her that my flight plan was changed by the airline. The cash only payment method is horrible as there is no way to trace payment verified by a third party. I was once had my money stolen due to double charging and booking.com did not help. As well, the customer service at booking.com who handled this issue did not give a concrete solution when a problem happened in this booking. Also, the house is falling apart. The chairs were broken, there was no proper working desk, the hangers in the toilet fell as the glue is broken. The AC noise is very loud and it is almost not working, there were problems with the dishwasher. For the owner, there is a great need to improve the honesty and solution capacity of the host. It seemed as if they lie almost all the time, while trying hard to appear sincere.

: The apartment was clean and had a modern AC which don't make you cough like the old versions you usually find in apartments. The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts are friendly and supportive. Also I liked the fact, that the building has an elevator.
: As mentioned in other comments, the parking situation is problematic. The ad says that free parking is available, but this is not entirely true. According to the owner, the street is public and anyone is allowed to park there. Well, legally it might be the case, but in fact most of the parking spaces are occupied by neighbors which will bother you if you "steal their parking space". One day I even found a note accompanied with my dismantled number plates on my front window saying I have to move the car immediately or "problems will happen".Now I know the behavior of neighbors is out of the hand of the hosts, but the ad should not say that free parking is available, because this normally indicates a parking space where you can park with no worries.But yeah, if you don't come with a car you will enjoy your stay there.
