  : With host Marko we communicated over WhatsApp, very convenient since roaming charges in Serbia are exorbitant. Everything that we asked was quickly answered and solved, except of the toilet seat which was moving sideways. Within tolerances for Marko and a bit outside of tolerances for me :-) But I'm including a photo so you can form your own opinion ;-) But he also forgave me for a small accident and damage which I caused, so I can only recommend him. Apartment is in a relatively quiet street, but one of the Belgrade touristic slogans is "a city that never sleeps", so don't expect people going to bet at 21.00... But if you came to go to parties in the evenings and want to sleep longer in the mornings it is perfect. Parking in Belgrade is also a nightmare, so we were very happy that an underground garage was an option, we rented it for 10 EUR per day and mostly left the car parked there and used other means of transportation, including our own feet. There are a lot of stores close by, the nearest mini supermarket just 50 meters away... The garage is cca. 100 meters away and finding parking in front of the building is difficult, so you need to plan some more time to unload and later load your luggage in the car. But again, parking in Belgrade is a nightmare, so this setup already counts as five star service... The size of the garage was OK for our VW Touran and neighbour had an Jaguar S-Type parked inside, so most of the needs are covered. Neighbours also have some oldtimers hidden in their garages, so perhaps an opportunity to buy something :-) The apartment is renovated, with nice kitchen and bathroom and a lot of storage space in closets in the bedroom. The kitchen utensils are relatively limited, guests probably break things often, but my wife managed to cook for the two of us somehow. But there is a ironing table including iron, so with the almost new washing machine at least this part of housework is simple and easy.
  : No more space above, so some more comments here: bedroom and living room are quite big and air conditioning units are mounted in a way that cold air would not blow on your head when sleeping in the bedroom. And windows all have mosquito nets, very nice for summer evenings. There are two TV sets, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, which is quite nice. The main issue was that there is no proper kitchen table, only a small collapsible one for two people in the kitchen itself. Host Marko was talking about buying one and I hope he really does, I missed it especially for working on a computer.
