  : Good location.
  : Although I booked the place specifically because free parking was included, when we arrived at the spot, it turns out that there is no space in the garage for us. When we asked why is there no space even though we specified that were coming with a car, the manager said our car is too big. She said that we were informed about not having parking over a message in the morning, acting surprised that we didnt know, however we never received any message that there will be no parking available. How could she have known that our car is too big even before we arrived? Whats the real reason? We searched for a parking spot for 1 hour after that, and paid 12 for the car to be parked 2km away from the apartment. Not to mention that this happened on the exact day of our arrival, so even if we wanted to cancel, we would still need to pay the full price. In a perfect world, the owner/manager would reduce the price, since part of what was initially offered (a parking spot) is suddenly not available! However, we still paid full price and arrived in a place that was clearly not well cleaned after the last guests left (there was hair on the walls of the bathroom and on the carpets), with empty jars of coffee/sugar, dirty bathroom and barely any toilet paper. We even found an earring in one of the beds. Bad value for money, only advantage is the location and the neighborhood. It is advertised as some luxurious place with an amazing balcony and view but everything inside is barely functional. Luckily we were only there for a night, but come to think of it, I would not recommend anyone to stay there even for such a short period of time. Complete disappointment and a mistake choosing this place. A reimbursement for the money spent on a parking is what should happen now, but I highly doubt that it will.

  : - Cigarette smoke in the apartment- Not clean dishwasher- Used coffee capsules in coffee machine- Many broken things which owner needs to fix (drawer in the kitchen etc.) - No microwave which was on the photos

Disappointing

  : we liked the location, the place was spacious, nice balcony.
  : We came around the midnight and we were charged 20 euros for a late check in, which wasn't specified on booking.com. The host was very sketchy, asking for extra money. The vent in the bathroom looks like it wasn't cleaned since the building was built, and also the bathroom smelled like a urinal constantly. Hospitals beds are more comfortable than the bed in the apartment. As well there wasn't specified kitchenware such as frying pan. One night the power went down. The elevator in the building is one of the slowest elevators I have been in (ever).

  : Everything on a top level. Apartment and the hospitality was superb. It is a few clicks away from the city center, but very much worth it.
  : Onl one bedroom. Although there is a possibility for sleeping in the living room.

  : since we stayed at the penthouse in the middle of the winter, it was harder to warm up the apartment
