Alexandra Park House

: Very clean, comfortable house. We didn't meet the host but he was very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Close enough to city centre about 25 minute stroll. House is located in a loyalist area, but no issues whatsoever with parking a southern reg car. There is street parking outside the house. Tea and coffee were available which was nice. Only downside were the notices telling us that guests were not allowed to cook, you were only allowed to heat things up. There is a microwave, hairdryer and towels are provided. There is a Tesco very close. Would recommend this property for a 2 night stay on Belfast.
: The only thing I didn't like were the notices in the kitchen telling guests they were not allowed to cook, you are only allowed to heat things up.

: The property is situated on a serene residential street, and it is essential to note that it is a delightful location. The room was clean and tidy, as was the entire house; no complaints whatsoever on that front.
: I had to wait a while for my room key due to a misunderstanding between the cleaner and the owner, but John (the owner) was brilliant in getting things sorted and was very apologetic.

: The door is hard to unlock and I wasnt able to operate the washing machine. If I can recommend adding an instruction sheet.

: Nice & clean bathroom. Clean Room.
: The pillows need to be replaced with a more premium and soft material. The main door of the building is very tricky to get locked, it was found unlocked all day and all night. So literally anyone from the street can enter the property anytime.
