  : Van the front desk clerk was kind apologetic and really did his best to make us more comfortable and offered us a free breakfast one day of our stay.. The rest of the staff was always friendly and kind
  : I booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool and when we arrived we were not informed it was closed.. After checking in I went to check out the pool area and seen it was closed because the heater was broken I asked the front desk worker when it would be fixed there was no answer just said closed until further notice they had no idea and couldn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience or disappointment.. The TV reception was terrible it skipped and cut out the whole time we were there.. Again I asked the front desk, Van was super nice he tried to get it fixed and reset it but it didn't work so no relaxing movie night for my husband and I during our vacation.. The bed was hard as a rock very uncomfortable.. And everytime you turned on the light on the bathroom it made a screeching noise

  : Surprisingly good food at the bar- quality surprising....and the next day breakfast- always hard to do well due to the nature of hours long buffet open - was really good, too. Bartenders were amazing, friendlyFront desk staff, amazing, friendlyand the all handled the situation described below beautifully-
  : I know kids have to be part of our world but it was like Lord of the Flies there - apparently baseball or soccer camps attracted what seemed like packs of rabid young kids to teens running around, screaming, knocking on doors....(or maybe that were their parents, trying to escape the kids????I joke- and after a while it was so ridiculous, all you could do was laughThis is just a suggestion: your restaurant serves such good food - the decor, mostly the lighting really - could be adjusted and have it look much more inviting...
