: Beautiful building and great landscaping.Loved our private and spacious terrace.
: There are lots of steps, up and down. They are irregular and you have to be very careful.There is no coffee in the room, nor is there any coffee in the lobby. I guess the only way to get coffee at the hotel is to buy their breakfast.There were no washcloths in the bathroom. I use these for taking off makeup. It is most annoying to have to use a hand towel for that purpose and then to have to wash the makeup out of it, hang it up to dry and reuse it.

: I typically never write reviews and by no means want to be vindictive, but as I tried to resolve the issues we had with hidden charges up front and was treated with disrespect, racism of me not being from Spain although I have lived here 10 years, insults, although I was communicating respectfully throughout, I felt it fair to warn others who like us (a young family with a baby) are expecting a holiday not to end with hidden fees, followed by not taking responsibility for the lack of written communication about the fees for extra drinks, or trying to find a solution by the manager (the man at the front desk who I had this interaction with) but bringing my race into it although I speak fluent Spanish (although it should not matter where I am from and is an appaling and inappropriate non- related issue to be brought up in any establishment offering service to travelers who are paying to stay at your establishment). I was shocked that our holiday had to end on this note and told the man (I don't know if he was the manager, he was at the front desk throughout our stay) that I only thought it fair to have prices verbally communicated or written on paper up front and he blamed me for "not asking" about everything charged, including a milk my under 2 year old daughter drank of mine at the supposedly included breakfast buffet (with this logic they could have charged for shampoo and towels as well, but it would be my fault for not asking). His logic was dismissing the fact there was no written paper stating there were additional charges in the room, saying it must have been lost, and that this is what is typical in Spain, which I disagree with because I've never experienced this in 10 years living here nor traveling to any other country, and I don't think it has to do with a country but with fair rules and good service.
