  : The house was very cute and comfortable. Decorated very nicely. We liked being on that side of the ski resort because the traffic was so bad coming from the other direction. Our boys loved the ping pong table. Not quite old enough to be left down there so the outside entrance was kind of a pain but for older kids would be fine. Plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. Washing machine and dryer were very nice! Lots of beautiful dishes!
  : The deck had not been shoveled when we got there. We could not find a shovel. The local contact told me it was in the closet but all we found was like a swiffer-like tool. There was no mat inside the front door so we were tracking snow in on the beautiful flooring. It seems like you would want the local contact to get the snow off of the deck (or put a mat inside the front door) to avoid tracking snow in the house. AS THE SNOW MELTED, we found the REAL shovel buried in the snow. So there is a REAL shovel back in the closet where it probably was supposed to be. Also, the local contact (who was very nice and may have had a weather-related car incident) told me it was turn-key which was awesome! However, there was no salt and pepper and no foil. Okay, not really a huge problem. HOWEVER, it took 2 hours to go to the food store because the traffic was terrible (which I know is not your fault). But I did check in advance about the items and I was told it was all there but salt and pepper is pretty high on the list of necessary items. Also, there were no instructions on what to do with the trash.

  : Perfect location for Skiing at Beech Mountain-only a few minutes down the road. Plenty of space and the kids loved the game room. Other than that, a great stay!
  : Could use a few additional kitchen amenities (no hot mats, needed a few more kitchen towels).

  : The property is clean, easy to fine and located in the woods in very nice area
  : The house is not big at all. Please note that there are only TWO normal bedroom in the house. There is a corner where kind of sleeping place is created. It's probably good for small kids, not for an adult couple - two people are unable even move in there when they are standing. The bed is ok in this corner, but there is a ladder to get to the upper level that attached to the lower level bed, and you have to squeeze to get inside the lower level bed. Also there is a restroom between this sleeping corner and a normal bedroom that people have to share. I wish there would be a regular normal bedroom downstairs in the playroom area, where the third restroom and the shower are located. Also it's very dark in the main room. I guess some different lightning features would be beneficial.

  : Plenty of room and very comfortable. Place had just about everything we needed during our stay. Loved the fireplace in the livingroom, the gameroom had a pingpong table and was a comfortable place to chill. The info about our stay was so detailed we didn't even need to ask staff for anything. I'm grateful that there are places like this around for vacationing!
