  : Concept, location
  : Hotel itself is really nice as concept, location and the idea/story behind it, but unfortunately there is a management issue as I see. When we arrive to the hotel, there was nobody to take care check in process. People were asking to each others to do our check in and we were just standing there and waiting. Then somebody came and took our IDs and held them. They didnt give our IDs back till we leave. There was no info given about the room, not even wifi password. No infocard in the room. We called the reception to get wifi password, but there was nobody. We worked really hard to reach that password. There was somebody keep calling from room phone and it was keep ringing.When we asked, they didnt even pay attention, then I had to plug it out. Next morning when we were checking out, there was nobody except security guy. He couldnt find our passports, we had to wait for him about 5 mins. We are planning to visit Gaziantep again during spring with our friends from Israel, but we will not stay there... . Hopefully they will fix all those issues in order to make sure their service level will also be matching with the concept and enviroment which they try to create in that hotel.

  : Cleanliness poor. Stained sheets and no mattress cover even with the mattress being stained. Covers of sofas and chairs dirty.

  : Location was great, a historic building in the centre of the historic old town. The breakfast was enormous, the staff was very helpful. The room had a nice design look.
  : The room was pretty noisy, it didn't really seal off any noise coming from the hallway--unfortunately our room was located in a more busy part of the hallway. But it died away in the evening

  : The ambience was good and impressive.
  : The service in the restaurant was very bad. The waiters were amateurs. They had no answers to our questions about the food. We were 6 people and the main dishes were served not at the same time. Some of our orders (whiskey)were never served. Very very expensive and disappointing.

  : Great location and great facilities.
  : The staff! I ordered an Old Fashioned with Woodford Reserve bourbon which was sitting on the shelve behind bar. At first I have been told that they can't use that bourbon with old fashioned due to inventory miss-counts. After asking a few questions (since it did not make any sense what so ever) they were able to use it. This was probably forced by management staff! So silly! The bartender was awesome and very professional. At dinner time, my wife ordered the five appetizer sampler, which it clearly states that it comes with variety of dolma's. Well, we did not get it. My wife had to ask for it, and the server's response was, '"ohhh, you want the dolma's, we will get it for you". But why do we had to ask? It says on the menu that it comes with it!!! At breakfast, we did not receive a single jam, or honey, or anything sweet... It seems like there is a lack of management leadership at this beautiful facility. You don't become a manager walking around with a phone in your hand. The staff needs correct directions at this property. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.
