  : Location, property size, car park, clear instructions for location.
  : Service as a whole and didn't get what I paid for.Raised my issues with home owner but the queries were ignored and no further correspondence.Some of the issues we had.1. Difficult to get onto the room2. Foul smell throughout the property, including the fridge.3. Damp in bathroom wall4. Kettle dirty 5. We paid for 5 people and the 5th person didn't have adequate bedding. This was raised and all we got was a light throw over, no pillows.6. We only were given half a bog roll for 5 people.Really disappointed with the facility and lack of correspondence despite giving evidence as per request.Will not be booking there again.

  : Good location for us, quiet apart from noise from traffic. Nice view. Lovely to have big windows. Great to have a parking space.
  : We were given the wrong flat number. Sheets were not clean, pots in the kitchen bashed and dirty. Kitchen poorly equipped, no sharp knife. There was no toilet paper. There is no staff there and poor instructions. For example no info on where to find main bins

  : The beds were uncomfortable with soft over used mattresses which were full of hairs and 1 with a broken slat, the sofa bed which was also broken kept on sliding into two pieces . the bath and shower head was covered with limescale and mould. freezer was unusable as it was full of Ice and leftover food till the door couldn't shut., also dirty cupboards with spilled and leftover food. cutlery was also dirty and some cooking pans usable as dirty and rusting. Not even the remote control for the TV works properly. property was booked for 7 nights issues were reported on the second day of our stay but was dealt with on our 5th day of stay with the maintenance person leaving all rubbish in kitchen after cleaning out the freezer and thinking that he fixed the sofa bed. The property was more like a 2-bedroom council flat than executive suite. There was a list of items in itinerary 2 of the items such as a Hoover and hairdryer were not in the property.We booked and paid for over 9 appartments and hotel suites that week for family and guests attending a family funeral. We drew the short straw with this place. UNACCEPTABLE.

  : Do not book this property! The management behind this property isdisgraceful. When I booked this apartment I received no contact fromThe property owner so I had to go out of my way to contact him and askfor information about how I get my keys on the day and what time check-in is. He ignored every message I sent him. So then I had to contactbooking.com to see if they could get in contact with him they alsocould not get hold of him, they then left him an email to say pleasecan he let me know what’s going on. On the day of my booking I turnedup to the apartment and I phoned the owner as my booking was confirmedI thought I would still tuen up and that someone would be there togreet me, no one was there and there was no sign of how to get in tothe apartment. So I decided to ring the owner he then answered I toldhim that I had a booking with one of his apartments today and askinghow do I get in he then asked for my name and told me he would call meback in 10 minutes. That is the last time I heard from him he did notcall me back he ignored every message I sent him and every phone callhe ignored as well. I then had to sit around until 7 pm to be put intoa new accommodation for the night. Terrible treatment poor management Ihope his property is taken off this website so this doesn’t happen toanybody else.

  : 1.Extremely poor communication from the letting agent/person. It was almost impossible to contact the letting person on both phone numbers provided. On the one occasion I actually managed to get through someone by the name of Damion I think answered and was abrupt, curt and extremely unhelpful and dismissive. This was after my deposit had gone through and I was asking about the process involving collection of keys and general questions pertaining to the apartment. he refused to answer any of my questions, told me he was extremely busy and everything will be explained in an email which will be sent to me and basically hung up on me !!!2. Filthy plates will food still stuck to them. Also knives and forks were sticky3. Moldy kitchen cloth in the washing machine4. Fridge/Freezer were hastily cleaned with aa dirty rag ..... reddish streaks were found in the freezer possibly from using a dirty cloth5. Its impossible to make any contact whatsoever with anyone linked to this apartment6. Food residue was still on the kitchen benchtops7. No mirror in the bathroom. This comment was posted by a previous guest in April and still the mirror hasnt been replaced. I had to shave in the lounge.8. Carpet had a massive stain in the main bedroom9. Heater had fallen off the wall in the other bedroom10. Just 2 forks for a supposed 5 sleeper apartment11. No inventory of cutlery and crockery12. Just one set of keys were provided in the safety box. If you ever got locked out or misplaced your keys or needed to contact the letting agent in an emergency, it would be almost impossible to reach anyone. Either the phones don't get answered or you get a message saying this number is discontinued or not working !!!

  : Cancelled apartment we had booked at 10am on the date of arrival. I had previously tried to contact the owner on multiple occasions with no call or email back. We were offered an alternative apartment in a different building which we accepted. When we arrived we were unable to enter the main building with the access code provided as it became apparent that a fob was actually needed instead (which we hadn't been given). We eventually accessed the building when someone else who lived there came along. We then discovered that we had been given the wrong code to access the key box outside if the apartment. We tried ringing the owner several times with no answer. It was only because of a brainwave by me to add one digit in to the code we had been given that we were able to get in. Once we got in lots of the lights weren't working, the hot water didn't work in one of the showers, the central heating didn't work, chairs were broken, we had to make a makeshift curtain out of a bed sheet as one of the windows had no blind or curtain. Overall a terrible experience. Avoid like the plague.

  : Good location. Facilities acceptable. Good TV , kitchen and plenty of room.
  : Access to apartment was uncertain in preceding week. On contacting host we were advised that code to key box would be texted or mailed before arrival but we had to contact the host when we arrived at the door. This apartment had not been cleaned. Marks on all mirrors which obviously had not been cleaned. The microwave could not be used as it was filthy. Sink, kettle, counter tops, working surfaces were all dirty with grease marks and old food stuck on them. Only light blinds on windows, black out blinds or curtains would be an improvement. There was no lighting available in the bathroom which we had to use for 2 days. This was not a simple matter of a bulb replacement as ALL lights were out of action and there was no window for light. There was no mirror in bathroom, which meant shaving in bedroom. Pillows were of poor quality, uncomfortable and none for 5th person booked. Apartment could be very good if clean and with a little expenditure to make more comfortable.
